Molly has broad experience in private sector real estate analysis and financing. She has worked for large developers, investment banks, and other financial institutions, with a nationwide emphasis. An area of specialization includes the acquisition, financing, and repositioning of distressed assets, and investment risk analysis for financial institutions and equity investors. She also works with developers and owners in evaluating the feasibility of potential projects, creating submissions to prospective investors which reduce the perception of risk, thereby increasing project financability, and assisting clients in the solicitation of equity partners and co-investors for their projects.
Other consulting assignments include feasibility and market analysis ranging from single use/single owner properties to complex multi-use properties with public/private partnerships; valuation of performing and non-performing real estate assets and loans; analysis and packaging of real estate loans for securitization by investment banks and rating agencies, and corporate relocation studies, involving the analysis of business operating needs, labor markets, and site selection. Molly holds a Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Connecticut.
