Christopher Brewer made Principal in Chicago
Since joining ERA in 1995, Chris has completed consulting assignments in 26 states,
as well as in Europe and Central America. Based in ERA’s Chicago office,
Chris works with clients on a broad range of engagements involving economic planning,
real estate market assessment, business planning, and financial analysis. Recent
projects have focused on market and financial analysis for town centers, planned
communities, convention centers and performing arts centers, and mixed use downtown
and neighborhood infill development projects.
Lesley Morisetti made Principal in London
Lesley Morisetti joined ERA from the Tussauds Group in 2002. Her background is
marketing and market research. She brings a depth of understanding of the leisure
industry gained over the past 20 years in operational and consultancy roles. Lesley’s
main areas of practice are feasibility studies for visitor attractions, cultural
and commercial mixed-use developments, and urban regeneration projects.
She has extensive experience of markets throughout Europe, the Middle East and
North Africa. Other areas of practice include strategic tourism development studies
and resort development.
